Tell YOUR Story

An important part of attracting new clients to your business is allowing them the chance to get to know the person behind the business and build trust and connection.

A perfect way to facilitate that is to tell your story.

This comes from the heart. Talk about what made you come to start your business. Use your personal experience. Don’t be afraid to be personal about your struggles and epiphanies.

People can relate to personal stories. They will see your heart. They will relate and connect and be much more inclined to use your business over others.

Where do you use this?

On your website, in your about page, or blog posts that weave in your core story. It could be in email broadcasts as long as people will resonate with it.

Smart Actions:

1) Think about what made you start your business

2) Write down the dot points of your story

3) Write a draft of your story

4) Go through it and make sure you’ve included the emotive points that make people feel connected to you
