Being an entrepreneur is a busy lifestyle choice. It’s in our blood. We NEED to do it.
If we don’t be careful we can burnout, jumping from one client’s demands to another, putting out one fire after another, and not being able to build our business as fast as we’d like to.
One way to help make sure this doesn’t happen is to have a good start-up routine. This sets the pace for your day and helps you to focus on the things that matter the most.
A good morning routine might include some exercise, stretches, some form of meditation and setting your intentions for the day. The routine shouldn’t take any more than 45 minutes.
With this in place, you have looked after yourself physically and mentally before the day has even begun and will be fully able to focus on your goals for the day, not what everyone else sets for you.

1) Choose an exercise routine that feels good to you
2) Choose an activity that quietens your mind so you can focus
3) Set your goals for the day ** Best do that the day before so you don’t have to ‘think’
