Plan Your Work Around Your ‘Peak’ Times

Everybody has time during the day when they have more energy and are more focused.

A smart move when you’re in business is to plan your day around that peak performance time.

Do you know when yours is?

Use this time of the day to do your high ‘pay off’ and more demanding activities.

Then when you are not at your best, you can do more of the tasks that you find easy.

This helps you keep moving on with the difficult task, and keeps you moving forward in a more productive way.

I tend to do any mundane tasks in the afternoon. My peak times are early and mid-morning, but that’s me.

Smart Actions:

1) When is your peak time? – morning, afternoon or evening

2) Plan to use that time to your advantage and do your most draining tasks then

3) Lock it in
