Water Filters Perth Relaunch

The Client:
Freshwater Group is a proudly Western Australian-owned company. They have been supplying water filtration solutions since 1964. They deliver Perth's healthiest and tastiest water. They also supply, install, and service water filters and coolers. They also do full plumbing and bathroom, laundry, and kitchen renovations.
The current website has poor homepage design and layout, making navigation difficult for visitors.
The information on their website is not organised and, more importantly, the products are also poorly displayed.
The plan was to upgrade the website with our Smart Stack.
A session with the Freshwater Group team will also be conducted to align the focus of their business with the website, making sure they are clearly communicated to visitors.
Finally, we will use eCommerce to display the products in brochure style.
We had a 1 to 1 Wireframe and Strategy Session to make sure we best leverage the new home page design. We carefully planned out the homepage design to ensure maximum conversion.
We also worked on a lead capture form that will show the recommended water filter system based on the information that users will provide.
Lastly, we used an updated spreadsheet of the products and added them in the eCommerce module and sorted them accordingly.
The site has just gone live and already the feedback has been impressive. It’s simple, to the point
We know the site is going to perform so much better in the organic SEO rankings so will give more enquiries.
