The Client:
Toner Print is a WA based company who can supply all your Printing, Toner and Paper needs.
They offer the best prices and service for all your printers, multi-function devices, hardware and toners… with free delivery.
The Toner Print website, although graphically gorgeous, lacked practical functionality.
It needed specific calls to action to increase engagement, and was missing relevant trust factors, missing a call now button, and lacked a Google map 'business listing' embedded and displayed correctly.
Apart from the techy stuff, it needs a website design refresh with pop up forms that works seamlessly both on desktop and mobile to make for far better inquiry conversions, and improve user experience. The product details page should also be upgraded with better SEO plus social sharing capabilities.
The plan was to do a full homepage and website rebuild to fix all the problems outlined.
We need to build on a ghost domain and then transfer across to the live domain as there should be no downtime.
The Toner Order form and other forms will be improved and accessible both on desktop and mobile. This is needed to elevates the potential clients' user experience.
Custom styling will be done to pages need to be highlighted.
The Product Display Page will also be upgraded for better SEO and conversion.
Finally, SEO also needs to be done ASAP. The plan is to start it on day 1 of going live.
We kicked off the project with a Discovery, Wireframe and Strategy session to review the business, their market and their USP (Unique Selling Position). A wireframe was done and a page by page review of the existing site was conducted to identify improvements.
We reworked the homepage and added call to actions, a call now button for mobile, embedded Google maps, added custom styling to important pages
We implemented better ease of use and accessibility to the forms and even added success message for better user experience.
The Product Display Page was upgraded to eCommerce Display Technology. Social media sharing is built in already.
Other services done are Online Compliance, Cookie Consent, FB Pixel Transfer, and FB Chat Plugin for better client conversion as well.
Lastly, Google Business Tools was setup and fully optimised.
The site has just gone live and already the feedback has been impressive.
