Trello For Planning
In this video, I share how I use Trello in managing our marketing.
But it can be used for managing your team, using it as a CRM (client relationship management) tool, even as a managing a recruitment process or just simple to-do lists.
You can create multiple Trello Boards and I recommend doing that, one board for one purpose. Make sense?
