Regional Leadership is member-based organisation established to support regional communities to strengthen leadership in and for rural, remote and regional locations.
Regional Leadership encourages new starters, established programs, community groups, organisations and individuals to become members of our community.
The VRCLP (Victorian Regional Community Leadership Program) website was very old school and basic. They needed a web platform to build their reach across all of Australia and build their membership.
They also needed an actual membership portal, and area. In this project we also relaunched the rebrand as RLA (Regional Leadership Australia).
The scope was very clear. Although VRCLP is currently operating in Victoria we are aiming to provide the portal and its functionality to rural and regional locations across Australia therefore the end product must be adaptable and flexible to accommodate different potential member entities across different states and territories.
Rebuild website from the ground up. An initial 1 to 1 Wireframe and Strategy Session, redesign of the home page, incorporating specific elements within the scope of works.
- Event Section, and Management
- Onboarding Forms
- Online Capacity Building
- Partners Page
- Advertise board/committee vacancies at a local, regional and state level
- CRM Integration
- Membership Portal
The relaunch is very successful. The website now attracts Australian Wide Community and Regional Leaders, into a collaborative manner to better connect, engage and service their constituents.
The Before and After:
This is how the website displays on a PC
What can we say, Peter and his team ROCK!
We had a very outdated website that was in major need of an overhaul. Along came Peter and his team, they were attentive, questioning, whilst being respectful of our needs and provided sound advice on state of the art webdesign.
The rest is history - we now have a fab website, a member portal and a Learning Management System all managed by our team.
Did I mention their solution includes training the end user so we can manage our own updates. Special thanks to Jesse, Jess and Jad for their involvement.
