Through Customers Eyes is an undercover customer experience service designed to assist businesses in seeing what their customers are experiencing, assessing staff performance and identifying any training that may be required.
Through Customers Eyes’ website did not provide the ideal customer journey. The business owner is an expert in her field yet the 3 primary services that would solve clients issues were not made. The website needed a 'refresh' with a high focus on calls to actions being incorporated. In addition, the case studies were all linked to PDF files. This makes it hard to manage SEO on these case studies. The services needed to be re-organised as well.
Rebuild the website from the ground up on a development domain to not impact the existing website.
Use custom-styled pages for the case studies.
Categorise the services and organise to make it easier for visitors to understand what the company is all about.
We had a 1 to 1 Discovery, Strategy and Wireframe Session to make sure we best leveraged the new home page design. We also made sure that we’ve imported all the existing content across. We also planned out the case studies with page styling to ensure maximum conversion.
The site has just gone live and already the feedback has been impressive.
