The Client:
Heaney Business Group are not your average accounting firm. They are a CPA Australia accounting firm based in the Rockingham region of Western Australia.
Their team has a wealth of experience and offers services in all aspects of Accounting Services and ATO Compliance.
No one was actually updating the website plugins or looking after backups, security, etc. of the old HBG Tax & Accounting website. Gemma has complained of functional errors as well.
Because of these, plus the upcoming re-branding of the business, Gemma reached out to Peter to build a high-calibre website.
Rebuild the website from the ground up on a development domain to not impact the existing website. Focus on their services as well as add FAQ sections and pages. Make sure everything is aligned to the upcoming re-branding.
We started with a detailed 1 to 1 Wireframe and Strategy Session to ensure better engagement from the website. We defined list of services to make sure they are aligned in the re-branding.
We also planned out the internal page with page styling for their services to ensure maximum conversion.
The website is now very impressive in style, engagement points and calls to actions. Moreover, the wealth of information is structured really well.
It's early days yet but already Gemma is more confident that it will achieve the outcomes she needs.
