The Client:
Caroline Tomlins has been a dominant figure in the South East Queensland and Gold Coast property scene for over 30 years.
Establishing her real estate career with some of Australia’s most prolific property development companies gave her an innate knowledge of the real estate market in South East Queensland.
Caroline's website was embarrassingly old and out of date, and Caroline has been a dominant figure in the South East Queensland and Gold Coast property scene for over 30 years so desperately needed a fresh professional new look.
The plan was to build a website using the Smarter Website Builder so that the website can be easily updated moving forward.
Caroline also needed a property listing module that was easy to use and self-manage ongoing for her off the plan properties.
Social media sharing is one of the important things to add to the website as well so that property listings can be easily shared.
Caroline and the SW team conducted a Discovery, Strategy and Wireframe session which captured the essence of what visitors were looking for when visiting her website.
The property listing module was also configured and setup according to Caroline's preferences.
Online compliance and social media sharing were also added.
Not only does Caroline's website look modern and schmick, she is able to easily upload her 'off the plan' listings and showcase them professionally. Caroline loved it.
