Client Site Preview

Yes, your website has a CMS (Content Managed System) which means you can login to the admin area of your website to make edits and updates quite easily.

There are some 53+ video tutorials in the dashboard (admin area) of your website to show you how. All you need to do it login to see those videos. We will provide your access after go live.

If you are on the 110 or above Managed Support plan, you have up to 30 minutes per month site work included. You can send your edit request to support@smarterwebsites.com.au

Please just do the checks on your standard PC, NOT on tablets or mobile devices. We do NOT do mobile responsive tests until after all the site edits are done. Mobile responsive checks and fixes are done during our Build Quality Assurance process which will happen before we go live.

Edit round timeline depends on the number of edit requests and difficulty. Please allow us 5 to 7 days to work on the edits but we will inform you as soon as we’re done.

Second round of edits usually takes quicker than the first round but it still depends on the edit requests and difficulty. Please allow us 3-5 days to work on your edit requests but we will inform you as soon as we’re done.

Premium projects has 2 edit rounds.

2200, 3300 and Turnkey sites get 1 round of edits.

We'll present the whole site to you during the site preview meet once all the pages are built. Then you’ll get a chance to review it on your own time and add your edit requests using the commenting tool.

Edit requests depend on the project scope:

• Smart Section Series: One edit round, up to Two (2) hours
• Turn Key Websites: One edit round, up to Two (2) hours
• Premium Websites: Two edit rounds, up to Three (3) hours each or Six (6) hours total
• $132 / hour if extra time required
