When providing accesses, please test them before sending them through. We often get caught sorting accesses, and we are here to help, with your assistance.
If, and only IF we have issues, would these surcharges apply. We only need to cover extra costs. We will always advise before proceeding.
We have 3 surcharge levels.
- Simple Access Issue: $165 inc GST
- Complex Access Issue: $275 inc GST
- Multiple Access Issue: $385 inc GST
