We understand that this is a 12-month program for the content marketing strategy.

We also acknowledge that between your first payment and the content being ready for distribution there will be a time lag. The 12 month program actually commences once the first content is approved so content distribution can start. eg: Content provision/distribution may well extend a month or two past the 12 months.

There is an opportunity to upgrade at any time, but you cannot downgrade (as program partners may have incurred deliverable costs already)
