As a part of our quality assurance control we’ve run our QA checklist to make sure we’ve got everything right (see the green ticks below).

We would like you to double check some important elements (see the red crosses below). This won’t take you long.

Quality Assurance Checklist

  • Your personal website profile is set up
  • All posts and pages are assigned to your profile username
  • All your usernames and passwords are securely stored away
  • Your Smarter Websites membership is set up
  • Our 37 internal website tests and checks are completed
  • Your online contact form has been tested and is functional
  • Privacy Policy page, Archives page and Site Map page work
  • Your website has been backed up and a secure copy stored in our system
  • Your new email software is set up and ready to go (if applicable)
  • Newsletter signup works (if applicable)
  • Lead Generation signup works (if applicable)
  • Video works (if applicable)
  • Location Map shows the correct address (if applicable)
  • Your Social Media Module is set up and connected (if applicable)
  • Common Sense, Simple or Performance SEO completed (your chosen program)

Things YOU Need to double check

  • Test your contact form/s – send an enquiry to yourself (do check your spam folder for message)
  • Test all emails and email forwarders to make sure they work as they should
  • Check all pages for any missing or incorrect content
  • Test that all links work on your new website
  • Test the newsletter sign up (if applicable) – subscribe yourself to your newsletter (check spam folder)
