Marc is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. With a strong analytical mindset, he tracks and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results.
Sam's nickname is Bam, because she makes our marketing go BAM!
Bam is our marketing expert with impressive skills for Infusionsoft CRM, Facebook Ads and her marketing nous with her 'can-do' attitude, Sam's a keeper!
Raina is our Project Manager with years of experience in project, client and team management. She is in charge of the overall progress of all projects and communicates with clients and the Smarter Websites team to keeps things in check.
She is both tech savvy and well versed in many IT business processes.
Jesse is our local tech and is responsible for most phone communication and keeping all our local computers and tech stuff running smoothly.
Jesse also has a black belt in SEO, helping our SEO clients websites climb the Google charts.
He's also a bit of a systems freak (not sure where he gets that from) and is exceptional at improving our systems and processes meaning we deliver a better quality service.
His many years of IT experience help to make sure our clients sites are always online and trouble free.
We call him Tech Jad and WordPress is his passion. Jad reckons his position description is to fix my stuff ups and go home feeling good about himself.
Jad loads sites, cleans our code, sorts glitches and makes sure all our sites are secure and safe and up to date with the latest versions.
Cheska leads our content marketing efforts with a focus on making sure blog posts and social media updates reach the right audience. She manages the planning and sharing of content, working to boost our clients' online brand visibility and engagement.
Carl is one of our experts in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. He specialises in building client sites that combine functionality with great design, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Known for his speed, diligence, and responsiveness, Carl consistently delivers high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
Mike is responsible for creating engaging and effective web designs for our clients. He collaborates with project managers who assign tasks, ensuring each design aligns with client goals and enhances their online presence. Mike combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
Say hello to Kenzo, our online sparkle expert. She's all about making clients shine with her web and content marketing designs. Kenzo crafts designs that are both engaging and unique. Collaborating with project managers, she ensures each design meets client goals and enhances their online presence. Her creativity results in websites and marketing materials that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Alex has a creative flair that she brings to all the images she designs for social media for both us and our clients. She enjoys the creative space as well as assisting our CRM clients look good in their email communications. She's great at helping people look good and consistently branded online.
Jeff is the guy who makes sure our clients get found on Google. He digs into the data, hunts down what's holding a site back, and gets it climbing the rankings. If your website's gone quiet in search, Jeff's the one who figures out why, and fixes it.
Kris is the quiet powerhouse of the team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He's the go-to for getting things set up properly, fixing issues when they pop up, and making sure everything just works the way it should, no fuss, no drama.
Sash is the creative spark behind the brand, blending style, strategy, and storytelling to make every touchpoint feel intentional and alive. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural feel for what resonates, she brings personality and polish to everything she touches, turning ideas into scroll-stopping experiences.
Tracey has been part of the team since January 2012, and keeps Peter on the straight and narrow! She helps Peter quantify (and tweak) the financial goals of business and keeps him accountable in achieving them. Tracey provides Peter with enough detail regarding his business to understand whats working well financially, and whats working not so well, without him getting into overwhelm.

Cici handles the numbers and the people side of the business, managing accounts, finances, and pay runs with accuracy and care. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, she makes sure everything stays on track and in order.
