 General:

  • Uncapped Commission
  • On Target Earnings $70,000 +
  • Brilliant sales system, easy to convert sales
  • Part time or full time (above OTE based on full time effort but also possible part time for good closer)

A fantastic opportunity exists for a top sales person to earn an exceptional income whilst having full autonomy.

The opportunity is for a ‘SALES PROFESSIONAL – WEBSITES’ in the Rockingham/Kwinana area with a leading website company which is rapidly expanding due to an increasing demand for their unique services. The company is situated in Kwinana.

Training is provided so you can master using unique sales process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Appointment setting
  • Creating leads
  • Following up leads
  • Closing the sale
  • Reporting using the CRM system.
  • Client relationship management

LEAD GENERATION provided currently consists of:

  • Leads from multiple company websites
  • Add on products (other than websites) and upsells
  • LinkedIn workshops
  • Medium sized database
  • Networking events
  • Social networking
  • BNI (Business Network International)
  • Member Rockingham Chamber of Commerce

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has a history of achieving great sales results.
  • Two or more years in sales, preferably selling Websites.
  • Have experience at selling intangible services at the $10k price point (this may need rewording)
  • Is used to selling websites or a similar service
  • Has used a well thought out sales process before.
  • Has an interest in the online media field.
  • Can work in Australia permanently.
  • Is settled in Perth
  • Has referees (Previous business owners) who will validate their ability to achieve results
  • Is comfortable with a CRM system.
  • Enjoy and are good at public speaking.
  • Has a track record of persistence and resilience.
  • Motor Vehicle and current drivers licence required

WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE POSITION

  • Under achievers
  • Sales people who are unwilling to use their previous boss as a referee.
  • Sales people who are not consistently achieving their sales targets.
  • Sales people who create dramas for their support team.
  • Sales people who are bullies
