You know you can’t be good at everything right?
When you just start out in business, we need to do as much as you can on a shoe string budget, and wear many ‘hats’.
But as your business starts to grow and you have some freed up cash to use, its time to start considering what things you aren’t the best at and get someone else to do those things so you can focus on what you are best at.
This is the best strategy to allow your business to grow to its maximum potential.
It will take you a LOT longer to do something you aren’t great at, than someone who is an expert.
So the time you would have taken to try and do that task and then not do it well, could have been much better spent succeeding on a task you’re good at.

1) Workout your strengths and weaknesses
2) Decide which expertise to be taken off your hands will give you the most benefit
3) Make a plan of when you will make that happen
4) Then rinse and repeat
